
Sangoma Technologies Annual Internal Sales Kick-Off
Sangoma Unplugged
In light of major executive changes and company direction, Sangoma Technologies hosted its annual sales kick-off in Nashville, TN, with a vibe of “refreshing, something new, excitement.” I single-handedly completed all the graphic needs during the planning and execution of this event, including last-minute adjustments and on-site updates.
The Music City
Wanting to capitalize on the location and hotel’s theming, I developed and branded Sangoma Unplugged from a brainstorming session that incorporated Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour and the idea of bringing our employees together as a “Sangoma World Tour” of sorts. We began to lean into the VIP/backstage feeling as we continued.
The Active Part I Played
From the idea phase to event breakdown, I was entirely responsible for all digital and printed graphics. My work encompassed:
Digital photo manipulation of Sangoma-fied album artwork, created and then placed onto stock imagery of vinyl record sleeves.
Logo designs for print and digital presentation
Multiple screenprinted t-shirt designs, organization, and delivery.
Printed banners and posters as provided by the venue
Three fully functional PowerPoint templates - one for primary use during the daytime meetings, one full of parody album covers for breaks, and one for the awards night
Printed directional/informational signage
The Outcome
Sangoma’s 2022 sales kick-off was an undeniable success, and even with a few last-minute bumps in the road, it went off without much of a hitch. The incoming CEO praised my graphic work tenfold, and our CMO was incredibly proud of the work I had done.
